As Du Su, a leader of a back alley gangsters, meets his wife and daughter Suk Won who he lost during Korean War 15 years ago, he decides to repent his faults and gets out of a hangout of gangsters. To go back home as a good father he voluntarily brings to the court to be judged while his wife raises her daughter a lawyer. Du Su is released from prison but he has to reluctantly fight with his former fellows. After all that, he is jailed again. He is given suspended sentence due to his efforts to be a new man by Suk Won who doesn't know he is her father. In the end, Suk Won knows that Du Su is her real father and they live together in happiness
