Professor Na has a wife twenty years younger than himself. He is paranoid, always suspicious of his wife, and eventually grows a perverted sexual preference. His wife, Madam Jo, meets a young theatrical producer named Dang Eul Jeong, who is visiting the area, away from his father's wanton life. The two become lovers and Madam Jo feels alive again. But professor Na finds out about their relationship and abuses her until she finally commits suicide. To Dang Eul Jeong, everything feels like a spring dream.
