Fuyumi's (Yukie Nakama) sister Kaho, who is an alcoholic, commits murder. Because of this, Fuyumi frequently jumps from hospital to hospital as a doctor. Nevertheless, Fuyumi receives recognition for her skills as a s doctor. She is then hired by Ishizuka General Hospital in Tokyo, but Fuyumi becomes involved in a medical malpractice case.
