This is the third in the series that depicts in a bright and passionate manner human emotions and family love through incidents that occur within the Central Ikegami Police Station precinct. In this episode, everyone in the station, starting with station chief Shiina Keisuke, has an experience that is a turning point in their lives - children in exam hell, children graduating, promotion and transfers, love and marital relationships. By digging down to the mundane this episode shows each of their true humanity in a clearer, deeper way. New members join the team creating more bustle. Crack detective Gondo Kaoru is one of the three new officers and the publisher Motomiya Suzu is in and out of the Shiina household as Keisuke's wife Eiko is in the final stage of getting her picture book published.
