This is a video letter that director Okubo Yui wants to send to her niece in the future (30 years after the 2011 Earthquake, when she will be turning 28 years old). Born and raised in the town of Otsuchi, that was greatly damaged by the tsunami, Yui has witnessed firsthand how the landscape can completely change / disappear, so she is trying to document some facts for her niece that was born after the earthquake.
