Young race car driver Miki Jiro is scouted and recruited by a top-secret government agency known as ESPY after he inadvertently releases his inert psychic abilities on the race course. The team's mission is to track down a group of evil psychics who wish to cause a third world war that would wipe out all normal humans, leaving those with psychic abilities to rule the world. The ESPY team travels across the globe as their teamwork, humanity, and abilities are all put to the test.
