Ex-war veteran turned Fighting Express member Fujioka is asked by Yuka to take a new member under his wing. Her name is Rei and at first, Fuijoka gives her some heavy training in basic combat. However, as they continue to train, the two begin a liking for each other, which somewhat upsets Yuka. Yuka decides to give Rei her first mission.
A biochemist has created a serum that enhances the strength of its user upon injection. However, during research and trials, the biochemist has accidentally discovered an undead virus, Z21. The president of the company, Tanabe, plans to use the undead virus and sell it to small countries in order just to make a profit. The biochemist has a CD with enough data and must have it delivered to a fellow doctor of peace. Rei decides to take the job, even though she soon learns there are not only the president’s goons to deal with, but the horde of zombies that have been created by the Z21 virus.
