'First Yaya' is the aspirational, fairy-tale-like story of an ordinary woman who gets to lead an extraordinary life as the nanny of the children of a widower Philippine Vice-President who eventually becomes the President by accession and election. Despite social and familial obstacles and struggles, the bond between yaya Melody Reyes and country leader Glenn Acosta prevails and blossoms into something beautiful, heart-warming, and exciting. But unbeknown to them, a dark secret from the past—involving both their families—could possibly destroy their intricate and already-complicated relationship, forever threatening their “happily-ever-after”.
