Inogashira Goro arrives in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture for the first time in eight years at the request of an old friend Kishimoto. The request this time is a job at Sea Pearl Pia Onagawa, a commercial facility in the town of Onagawa, where Kishimoto is running an event. Kishimoto would like people to lend a hand to revive it after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Goro is fully supportive. Once his meeting ends, a hungry Goro goes into a restaurant serving Sendai’s specialty, ox tongue. He eats an ox tongue set meal and some queer a la carte dishes with relish and is energised for his work at Onagawa. After travelling from Sendai to Ishimaki by train, Goro enquires about renting a car to Onagawa. However, they only have a pickup truck, so he has no choice but to take the truck to Sea Pearl Pia Onagawa. When Goro reaches his destination, he starts to look at the row of shops. There is a shop with a ‘Hoyakisoba’ banner that catches his interest. Goro goes to the meting place to meet Makihara, the person in charge, and quickly give him merchandise suggestion. In the meantime, the staff of Sea Pearl Pia gather. They are anxious about how the event will turn out. When that is settled, a hungry Goro gets into the pickup truck and drives forward. However, the road rapidly becomes mountain road. Just when he is worrying about whether there will be restaurants, he finds a signboard ahead. Taking an interest in the characters “live fish” in front of a prefabricated shop and eating seafood in a location with mountains in the background, he enters. Will he be satisfied with his food?
