Namthip and Chatree are first year medical students. Both are bright and optimistic. They fall in love and plan to marry after graduation. Then Rithai, Namthip’s best friend, manages to ruin everything. She lies to Chatree by telling him she is pregnant with his child. When Namthip finds out about it, her best friend Prasop, who secretly loves her, is there to stop her from attempting suicide and hurting others. Later, Rithai gives birth to a son named Trin, while Prasop becomes the adoptive father to Namthip and Chatree’s daughter, Namnueng. 22 years later, Namnueng and Trin are grown ups. Chatree is a renown heart surgeon and Namthip teaches her daughter to be wary of men and is very strict regarding everything. Namnueng graduates with a journalism degree and applies for a photographer position at a tour guide magazine. Simultaneously, Trin starts working there as a writer. Trin and Namnueng develop a relationship and they start to discover many secrets...
