Two blind masseurs named Tokuichi and Fukuichi travel between seaside spas in the north and hot springs in the south, earning the respect of hotel owners and patrons alike. When Tokuchi meets a beautiful woman from Tokyo named Michiho, he’s immediately smitten, but every time he wants to spend time with her, she’s with another guest who’s taken an interest in her. Meanwhile, thefts begin occurring at neighboring hotels and Tokuichi has a sneaking suspicion he knows who the culprit is.
