"The Detective" and his partner Takada have their own case to investigate when their friend, a cross-dresser named Masako-chan, is murdered. Soon they begin a series of awkward conversations with Masako-chan’s colleagues in Susukino, leading to whispered rumors that a charismatic politician may be involved in the incident. Meanwhile, a beautiful violinist named Yumiko, who Masako-chan was an enthusiastic fan of, gets involved in the case.
