Hou Ying Jue, born as Hou Jiao in Beijing, is a Chinese actress. After her graduation in 2001 from the Performance Department of Beijing Film Academy, she made her debut in the 2005 family drama "Mom, What Can I Do To Love You".
She founded the Xi Yingren Theatre Company, serving as artistic director, guidance and consultant. In 2018, she was selected as a member of the Dongcheng Playwrights Association and in 2019, her first self-written and self-directed stage play "The Day After Tomorrow" won the "Best Script in the Small Drama Category" at the "Drama China" awards.
In 2009, she broke up with Chinese actor Li Cheng Ru after dating for more than two years.
