Park Ji Min, better known as Jimin, is a lead vocalist and main dancer of BTS. Jimin made his debut on June 13, 2013, as a member of BTS on Mnet's M! Countdown with the track "No More Dream" from their debut single album 2 Cool 4 Skool. Together with the members of BTS, he went on to win a series of awards and performed at several events such as the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA, Serendipity and Blood, Sweat, and Tears ). Jimin has one younger brother. He became interested in performance after watching singer Rain perform in eighth grade. He subsequently moved to Busan High School of Arts modern dance department. He decided to audition with BigHit after his dance teacher suggested he audition for an entertainment company. After being accepted, he transferred to Korea Arts High School is Seoul, graduating alongside group-mate V in 2013.
