Sasaki Kuranosuke, was born in Kytoro. He is son of a sake brewery manufacturer that only exists inside the capital Kyoto.
He attended Notre Dame Elementary School, Nijo, Kyoto City Junior High School and graduated from South High School Nak. After inheriting the family business in 1988, he dropped out to go to Tokyo University of Agriculture to study brewing. After graduating in 1992, he joined the advertising agency Hiroshi Hiroshi, and was responsible for sales positions. The job was successfully combined with other activities, which enabled him to concentrate on theater.
He later moved to Tokyo, to extend the range of activities on TV dramas and movies. In 2000, he appeared in the NHK TV series "Audrey". In 2006 he made his film dÃ©but starring in "Mamiya Brothers".
