"The Winter, The Wind Blows" is a story about a man who is known to be the best gambler in Cheongdam neighborhood. He lives a meaningless life after being abandoned by his parents and failed to protect his first love . In order to repay his debt to a gangster, he plans to scam a blind girl who is the heir to a large corporation by acting as her long lost brother. However, he falls in love with the girl, who is also as lonely as him with no one to trust and being surrounded by people who wants a piece of her wealth.
