College is a great place to learn all kinds of useful things in life. At one particular university, Yai (Kittikhun Sumritpansuk) is a third-year Arts Communications major who is the leader of the popular Gig Club. The club tries to help other students who have been unlucky in love to get their love lives back on track. But more importantly, the club teaches its members the fine art of becoming a “gig,” a person who is more than a friend but less than a lover. Is it possible to enjoy the fruits of a relationship with none of the responsibilities? “The Gig” is a 2006 Thai film directed by Theeratorn Siriphunvaraporn.
