Based on the cult comic “Sekai Saigo no Hibi” by Naoki Yamamoto and directed by Eiji Uchida this film follows the strange, surreal adventure of schoolboy Kanou, who, having grown bored of life, receives a message from a miniature man claiming to be God. The message: Earth will soon be destroyed. Taking these words to heart, Kanou vows to spend the last days of the world doing what he pleases—even if what he pleases leads to a cross-country crime spree involving sex, kidnapping, and murder.
