Dr. Fong Kin Wah's newly invented drug can boost man's physical power and turn one into a superman. Unfortunately, his great involvement in the research has brought him mental disorder. He even tests the drug on his patients. Police constable Chan Sum, who is a patient of Wah, also becomes an experimental subject without knowing it.
