"Two Diaries" combines two separate stories that are connected. Story #1 - Min-hee (Shi-ra Chae) is a high school teacher who thinks back to her days as a high school student in the 1970's. During that time, Min-hee had a crush on her Korean literature teacher (played by In-chon Yu). The Korean literature teacher was popular among the students. He would recite poems in the classroom and sometimes have get-togethers at his house and play the guitar for the students. The politically charged times of the 70's also weighted heavily on the Korean literature teacher and one day he expresses his views on politics. He is then asked to leave the school. Story #2 - High school student (played by Jin-shil Choi) is a typical teenage girl, crazy about pop-singer Jin-sub Byeon and also has feelings for her private tutor (played by Woo-min Byeon). She's confused by her feelings for the private tutor, but they end up bonding anyways. The high school student is also preparing for her college entrance exams and because of this, her family wants her to do nothing but concentrate on her studies. The tutor leaves for a trip to Busan and the high school girl sneaks out at night to meet him in Busan. Suddenly she realizes something and goes back home. At school she decides to have a heart to heart talk with her high school teacher Min-hee (Shi-ra Chae).
