Yong Pal leaves for Los Angeles to look for his adapted sister, Myung Hee who disappeared now. Undergoing all the difficulties, he runs into his sister by chance at a bar but he can't recognize her. Myung Hee knows him from the instant she sees him but she can't identify herself to him because she is a drug-addict. But Seon Hee tells Yong Pal that Myung Hee is his sister, and Yong Pal desperately fight against drug dealers to meet his sister. Revealing secret of the drug den, Yong Pal is cited by the L.A. police.
