Nori Kamitsuki (Shotaro Mamiya) moved to Gunma Prefecture and begins attending a new high school. At his new school, Nori Kamitsuki is teased by his classmates who love their hometown. One day, he falls in love with Kyo Shinoka (Fumika Baba). She also loves her hometown of Gunma. Nori Kamitsuki gets involved in a fight against Gunma's rivals from Tochigi Prefecture and Ibaraki Prefecture.
