In the film, some chick wakes up in a hospital wearing some hospital duds. A weird-looking bald dude tells her to be quiet and they set about reaching a hiding place. Then some crazy zombie dude comes out of nowhere. Meanwhile, our heroine changes into a skimpy outfit, and runs around hiding from zombies, and uncovering some generic hints about a bigger “conspiracy” taking place. Then she grabs a pole and starts whacking it repeatedly on zombie's heads.
